What the Future?

Sometimes I sit on the couch and wonder, how is it going to be in 20 years? Well, movies show that there will be drones transporting people, instead of buses, and buildings will be very fun-looking, and very advanced. The way the future is going to look depends on every one of us.

Of course, there’s the COVID-19 pandemic happening right now, so many people won’t look too far into the future, but into the now. However, let’s say that the coronavirus didn’t happen. Everybody would still be living thinking that the future is going to be how movies depict it.

If none of the movies that showed the future existed, then we would all think that the future is going to look just like the now, but of course, minus the technology. When I look at technology, from a year back I think, wow this is old.

Now, of course, technology evolves every day, but the world doesn’t so, in a nutshell, what I’m saying is the world is in our hands, its what we do that shapes how it’s going to be in the future. The future will either look the way it does in the movies or the way it looks right now.

I’m guessing that most people want it to be the way they are shown in movies. I wrote a narrative a few months ago, nothing important, but it was about how my life is going to be in 20 years. I didn’t describe the surroundings and the looks much, but I tried being as creative as possible in my life, and how I wanted life to be in 20 years.

You guys might already know that I love gaming, and I thought of creating a company called Gamer Cloud for forums, communications and events, but soon realised that it costs way too much money.
