Does Carmelo Deserve A Farewell Tour?

The sports personality gave his take on his show “ESPN’s First Take” and shocked fans, particularly Anthony fans.

Throughout Anthony’s career, he’s been to the playoffs eleven times, and managed to past the first-round twice. He has never won a championship, nor has he been to an NBA Finals.

Compared to his peers, Anthony has underachieved. I love Melo, but I do believe he deserves a farewell tour? I’m not so sure. Melo deserves to be respected, and once his career is over, he should be a hall-of-famer. Having said all of that, I just don’t think he’s earned enough to deserve one. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the league would give him a farewell tour anyway? If it happened, I wouldn’t complain.
